Governance & data protection

Enterprise Agent operations require clear responsibility, controlled access and traceable execution. CAPORIA designs governance into each deployment according to the customer's systems, data boundaries, operating policies and risk requirements.

Customer data processed in a CAPORIA deployment will not be used to train public or foundation models without the customer's explicit authorisation.

Security, retention and governance configurations are defined according to each customer's deployment environment and requirements. CAPORIA does not claim security certifications that have not been independently obtained.

Leadership

CAPORIA brings together corporate governance, financial discipline, enterprise operations and implementation experience to move AI agents from experimentation into governed production.

Duan Lianzheng

Founder & Executive Director

Lianzheng leads CAPORIA's corporate strategy, governance, financial management and strategic partnerships.

Before founding CAPORIA, he worked in audit at Deloitte & Touche LLP, serving listed and privately held companies, multinational corporations, pre-IPO businesses and Chinese state-owned enterprises. His work included financial audit, regulatory compliance and the review of material account balances and business transactions.

He is currently a Director at Ma Long Ventures Pte. Ltd., where he originates and coordinates private investments, supports investor engagement and acts as a liaison between company management and investors.

Lianzheng holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Accountancy from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and has completed executive education at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
